In terms of processing technology, injection molding is commonly used. PA66 particles are heated and melted before being injected into the mold cavity, cooled and solidified to obtain gears. This method has high production efficiency and good accuracy. Cutting can also be used to process PA66 blanks using equipment such as lathes and milling machines, which can meet special or high-precision requirements. Secondary processing can also be carried out, such as surface treatment of gears, to further improve wear resistance and surface quality, in order to meet the needs of different usage scenarios.
